Midea’s large oven capacity expansion project consists of two phases. Each phase has an annual production capacity of approximately one million large ovens. Requirements for the enameling production line: First, a high-level equipment configuration(The dry enameling spraying system uses imported brands; the radiant tubes are made of German-imported 601 heat-resistant alloy steel and come with a five-year warranty; the firing racks are made of GH30 alloy; and the burners and insulation materials are all imported brands); Second, excellent stability (The conveyor system runs without creeping, shaking or wobbling; no powder shedding during dry enameling). The failure rate of the whole line equipment is less than 1%; Third, the first-pass yield after enamel firing exceeds 95%, and the product scrap rate is below 1%. Fourth, a tight project schedule and rapid production start-up. Phase I is required to enter production by December 31, 2026, and Phase II by February 28, 2027. TIMS will leverage more than a decade of high-end technology and profound accumulated experience in this industry to deliver these two high-end large oven enameling production line projects.
